Why we built it
sachpass.com is a list of every place to stay on the road over Sach Pass, from Chamba to Killar, kept by Himalayan Brothers.
We run Hotel Diwan Sachpass in Bairagarh and take guests over the pass every season. Every summer people ask us the same things. Where can we sleep in Tissa? Is there anything near Satrundi? Who has rooms in Killar? Most of the honest answers aren't online. They're a family with two spare rooms, a dhaba with beds upstairs, a camp that only exists from July to September.
So we wrote them down, checked them, and put them in one place, with the road status from the people who watch it every day.

A visit or a video call before anything goes live. If we wouldn't send our own guests, it isn't listed.

Photos of the actual rooms and the price range the owner gave us. Owners confirm the final rate on the phone.

Guests call owners and pay them directly. Owners can pay to be featured, and featured places are always marked.
