Staying in Tissa before Sach Pass
Tissa is Churah's main town, at about 1,570 m and 63 km from Chamba. Fill the tank here, fully: fuel is scarce on the far side until you're well into Pangi. Bairagarh, the last village before the climb, is another 27 km on.
